Terryville- Guy W. Julian, 59, passed away January 8, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Sue (Melvin) Julian.
Guy was born in Torrington on March 9, 1958, son of William Julian of Green Valley, AZ and Gail (Hanrahan) Nicosia of Winsted, and had been a Terryville resident for the past 35 years. He was a manufacturing engineer with the Seitz Company. Guy enjoyed playing the guitar, tinkering, fishing, cars, carpentry, cooking, and cats. He was also a NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt, Sr. fan.
Survivors, in addition to his parents and wife, Sue, include a son, Guy A. Julian and his wife Danielle of Torrington; a daughter, Amy L. Wylie and her husband Ryan of Canton; two brothers, William “Billy” Julian, his wife Franca, and Barry Julian and his wife Sue, all of Torrington; a sister, Tracy Julian of Avon; two grandchildren, Guy W. Julian and Ava M. Wylie; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington. Burial will be private.
