Torrington- Rose A. Brennan, 77, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Litchfield Woods Health Care Center.

        Mrs. Brennan was born in Torrington on March 5, 1940, daughter of the late Michele and Ines (Chinati) Chinatti, and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a retired employee of the Torrington Company, retiring with 40 years of service. Mrs. Brennan was a volunteer at the Warner Theater for many years, volunteering in the box office, and as an usher. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, reading, and anything to do with animals, especially cats.

        Survivors include a son, Shawn M. Brennan of Waterbury. Mrs. Brennan was predeceased by a brother, Luigi Chinatti, and her long-time companion, William Milligan.

        Funeral services will be private.
