Torrington- Charles H. Gardner, 50, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. He was the husband of Karen (Avallone) Gardner.

Mr. Gardner was born in Winsted on July 29, 1967, son of Andrew and Gladys (Kret) Gardner, and had been a lifelong area resident.
