Felix Cuatto Obituary

Torrington- Felix E. Cuatto, 96, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Litchfield Woods Health Care Center, Torrington. He was the beloved husband of the late Roberta (Baeder) Cuatto.

        Felix, "Phil", was born in Torrington on March 18, 1921, son of the late Victor and Olivia (Borella) Cuatto, and had been a Torrington resident for most of his life. He was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of the Elks and the Kiawanis Club in Torrington. Mr. Cuatto was an active member of Center Congregational Church, a member of the choir, and was a popular soloist, singing at many church events. He also enjoyed gardening and was an avid golfer.

        Survivors include three daughters, Karen Maloney of Skowhegan, ME, Gail Kilgour and her husband Bruce of Rockport, ME, and Sally Cuatto of Torrington; four granddaughters, three grandsons, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

        Memorial services will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:00a.m. at Center Congregational Church, 155 Main St., Torrington. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Torrington, will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington, is in care of arrangements.

        In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Center Congregational Church Book of Remembrance, 155 Main St., Torrington, CT 06790.
