Renny W. Belli

Torrington- Renny W. Belli, 77, passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington.

          Renny was born in Torrington on January 31, 1942, son of the late Renny F. Belli and Eleanor E. (Brennan) Belli, and had been a lifelong Torrington resident. He was a U.S. Army National Guard Vietnam Era Veteran. Renny was a retired metallurgical engineer with the Torrington Company, retiring with over 30 years of service. He enjoyed playing cards, especially Bridge.

          Survivors include a daughter, Tracy Belli Webb and her husband Kevin of Winsted; two grandchildren, Riley Catherine Webb and Carson Jack Webb; and his former wife and friend, Carol Jane (Negri) Belli. Renny was predeceased by a brother, Gerald Belli, and a sister, Catherine Belli.

          Services and burial in New St. Francis Cemetery, Torrington, will be private.
