Thomas H. Hubbard

Torrington- Thomas H. Hubbard, 60, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019 in his home. He was the husband of Darlene (Brown) Hubbard.

          Thomas was born in Torrington on September 11, 1958, son of the late John and Grace (Coury) Hubbard, and had been a Goshen resident most of his life, residing in Torrington for the past 4 years. He worked as a carpenter and was a member of the Carpenter’s Union. Thomas was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and had been a member of the Rocky River Coon Club.

          Survivors include three sons, Thomas J. Hubbard of Torrington, John R. Hubbard of Torrington, and Keith Brown and his wife Pam of Winsted; two brothers, Richard F. Hubbard and his wife Dawn of Goshen, and John “Jack” Hubbard of Torrington; a sister, Linda A. White and her husband Raymond of Torrington; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

          Friends may call Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington. Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:00a.m. at Hillside Cemetery, 76 Walnut St., Torrington.
