Allison Wesolowski Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Allison M. (Spuck) Wesolowski of Torrington, CT, at the age of 64 on April 9, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  She passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband, Robert, of 39 years and her family by her side.

Allison was born on July 31, 1960, to Eli and Margaret Spuck.  She was a graduate of Torrington High School.

She worked at O&G, Bantam Pizza, and Scarpelli’s Restaurant.  Allison had a keen eye for style and was incredibly creative.  She channeled and demonstrated those talents in her custom sewing and upholstery business.

Her favorite past times and hobbies included sewing, entertaining in her home, and trips to the casino.  She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed hosting dance and dinner parties.

Allison was a woman of incredible strength, resilience, passion, and unwavering love. She faced every challenge with grace and decorum, always putting others first.  Her warmth, kindness, and caring for others were extraordinary.  She had the most memorable smile and infectious laugh that lit up any room that she was in.  She lived her life to the fullest and her family and friends meant everything to her.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Wesolowski, her daughters, Lindsay Baker and Alyssa Brown and husband Zach Brown, her grandchildren, Piper Relihan, Peyton Brown, Cole Brown, and Sawyer Brown; her sisters, Barbara Keane and husband Christopher Keane, and Michelle Spuck; her brother-in-law, Edward Kausyla; her nephews, William Kausyla, Michael Keane, and Christopher Keane; and many dear friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, Eli and Margaret Spuck, and her sisters, Noreen Kausyla and Laura Spuck.

Though she is gone, the love and kindness that she gave will always be a wonderful reminder of her beautiful presence.

Allison's life will be remembered in a private celebration.

The family welcomes donations to be made to the Community Soup Kitchen of Torrington, 220 Prospect Street, P.O. Box 852, Torrington, CT 06790, in Allison’s name to honor her memory.
