Barbara A. (Ashner) Beaulieu

New Hartford- Barbara A. Beaulieu, 83, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington. She was the beloved wife of the late Roland W. Beaulieu.

        Mrs. Beaulieu was born in Wethersfield on July 16, 1937, daughter of the late Norman Ashner, Sr., and Avis (Glover) Ashner, and had been a New Hartford resident for the past 23 years. Barbara was the matriarch of the family that meant everything to her and taking care of them was her greatest joy.

        Survivors include a son, Michael R. Beaulieu and his wife, Tami, of New Hartford; a daughter, Linda Farina and her husband, James, of Torrington; a sister, Jean Glover of Winsted; a son-in-law, Robert Lascko of Torrington; three grandchildren, Christian M. Dorie of Torrington, David M. Beaulieu, and Ame C. Beaulieu, both of New Hartford; and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her daughter, Cindy Lascko.

        Services will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11:00a.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington. Burial will follow in Bakerville Cemetery, New Hartford.
