Carol (Dembkoski) Stevens

Torrington- Carol A. Stevens, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at her home.

        Carol was born in Torrington on June 17, 1948, daughter of the late Harold and Germaine Dembkoski and had been a lifelong area resident. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and the ocean. Carol had a great love for animals, especially horses.

        Survivors include three sons, Scott Stevens, Rick Stevens, and Gregg Stevens; two sisters, Jeanne Kelly and Pearl Barber, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Carol was predeceased by a brother, Harry Dembkoski.

        Services will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 1:00p.m. at Hillside Cemetery Chapel, 76 Walnut St., Torrington. Burial will follow.
