Christel Luise (Roos) Hasemann

Torrington- Christel Luise Hasemann, 86, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington. She was the beloved wife of the late Heinz F. Hasemann.

        Mrs. Hasemann was born in Werdohl, Germany, on August 25, 1936, daughter of the late Erich and Pauline Roos, and had been a Connecticut resident since 1966. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and loved animals.

        Survivors include three children, Ralf Hasemann and his wife, Patty, of Warren, Kerstin Hasemann, and Karin Hasemann, both of Torrington and formerly of Watertown; and five grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Kristina, Joseph, and Daniel.

        Services will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
