Domenic Anthony Paganini (Tony), age 76, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2020. He was born on May 2, 1943 to the late Francesco and Gertrude (Tripaldi) Paganini and was a life long area resident.
Starting from a young age, Tony worked as a Mason and continued working as one throughout his life. He enjoyed spending time with his family whether it was a picnic gathering or a big holiday feast at Moe's house. He also enjoyed fishing, long rides in his corvette, working on cars, painting pictures, countless hours at OTB, Friday night poker with the guys and early morning breakfast with good company and friends at AC"s Eatery in Torrington. He lived his life his way and will be missed by many.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Frank Paganini, his nephew Charlie Heuschkel and niece Ronda Bollard. He is survived by his daughter's Tonya Sartori and husband Jason Sartori of Dover Plains, NY and Lisa Paganini and fiancé Joseph Goodrow of Torrington, CT and his grandchildren Dylan Sartori and Casey Sartori of Dover Plains, NY. He was "Gramps" to Theresa, Corey, Joey, Nicholas, Hunter and Gianna. He was the loving spouse to Eileen Kelleher of New Port Richey, FL and loving step father to Jacquelyn Kelleher of Florida and Robert J. Kelleher iii of CT. In addition, he is survived by his sister's Catherine Heuschkel of Torrington and Lucille Newell and husband Richard of Penfield, NY, his brother's Mansueto Paganini of Torrington and David and wife Karen Paganini of Myrtle Beach, SC along with several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours upon the request of Tony. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
