Elaine Pollack

Elaine Pollack, beloved member of the Torrington-Winsted community, passed away unexpectedly at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital on November 29, 2024. She was 83 years old.

        Elaine is survived by her brother, Nathan, and the many friends she made over the years… Jim, Eunice, Stuart, Sue, Julie, Sheila, Mary, Brian, the folks at Winsted Senior Housing, and those at St. Joseph’s Church, just to name a few! All of them helped Elaine to live her life to the fullest and she cherished each of them. Elaine also leaves her cat Baby and her two hamster friends.

        A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, 186 Main St., Winsted. Burial will be held in the spring.
