Torrington- Elizabeth “Betty” A. Wootton, 69, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at her home. She was the beloved wife of Paul H. Wootton.

Betty was born in Hartford on July 24, 1952, daughter of the late William R. and Mary A. (D’Alessandro) Albert, and had been a Torrington area resident for the past 50 years. She enjoyed watching TV and having her coffee at the local shop. She also loves her teddy bears.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, Paul, include two sons, Dana P. Willette of Bristol, and John P. Willette of New Britain; granddaughters, Tara E. Willette; Allison Willette and grandson Aidan Willette and two brothers, William R. Albert and his wife, Teri, of Marietta, CA, and Thomas R. Albert of Manchester.

Services will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
