Isabelle "Issie" (Sterling) Null

Torrington- Isabelle “Issie” Null, 71, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington. She was the beloved partner of Charles Tibbals.

        Issie was born in Torrington on February 28, 1952, daughter of the late Bradley and Isabelle (Dauldin) Sterling. She had been a Torrington resident most of her life and spent many years in Fort Plain, NY, raising her daughters with her former spouse, Al Null. Issie was a dedicated volunteer with the Sullivan Senior Center and enjoyed playing Bingo. She was an animal lover at heart and had several pets over the years she deeply enjoyed. Issie was very proud of her two daughters and will be remembered for the deep love and devotion shown to them.

        Survivors, in addition to her partner, Charles, include two daughters, Sarah Gillette and her husband, John, of Little Falls, NY and Jessica Null of Providence, RI; and dear friends, Joel, Gloria, and Patti.

        Friends may call Saturday, December 23, 2023, from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington.
