Le Chung Truong

Le Chung Truong, 93, of Holabird Avenue, passed peacefully surrounded by family Monday, July 22, 2024, at Sharon Health Care Center, Sharon Connecticut. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 43 years, Quoc Sanh Truong.

        Mrs. Truong was born in Vietnam on December 10, 1930, and remained in her home country until immigrating to the United States in 1980, moving to Winsted. She worked as a production employee at Danfield Threads for 17 years until her retirement. Mrs. Truong loved to garden, cook, travel, and most of all spend time with her family and close friends.

        She is survived by her three sons; Dan Mun Truong and his wife, Jennifer, of Rindge, NH, Cuong V. Truong and his wife, Amy, of Dorchester, MA and Chi V. Truong and his wife, Heather, of Winsted, CT and four grandchildren; Kaylee Truong, Cassidy Truong, Alanna Truong, and Kaitlyn Poulin.

        Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Torrington will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
