Nancy E. McAliece

Nancy E. McAliece, 68, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 24, 2025, at her home.

        Nancy was born in Tenafly, NJ, on July 29, 1956, daughter of the late Frederick and Patricia (Keene) McAliece. A gifted artist and devoted home health aide, Nancy spent her days nurturing beauty, whether through the brushstrokes of her artwork or the gentle care she provided to those in need. Nancy lived for more than 30 years on Cape Cod, where she found great joy caring for the historic home she adored.

        Survivors include three siblings, Linda McAliece, Grace McAliece (Nick) and Chris McAliece (Francine); many nieces and nephews the late Stevie, Jimmy and daughter Dona, Kim and children Nevaeh Athena Aris, Ashley and Alex; and her beloved cat/baby Tao. Nancy was predeceased by siblings, Dona McAliece and Kenny McAliece.      

        A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on a date and time to be announced. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
