Paul Edward Brown, Sr.

Torrington- Paul Edward Brown, Sr., 78, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Hague) Brown.

        Mr. Brown was born in Winsted on October 25, 1943, son of the late Albert and Myrtle (Snow) Brown, and had been a lifelong area resident. He enjoyed motorcycling and kayaking.

        Survivors include 7 children, Gary Lewis and his wife, Sheryl, of Torrington, Peggy Monat of Torrington, Shannon Lewis of Warren, Paul E. Brown, Jr., and his wife, Dawn, of Litchfield, Juanita Stella and her husband, Joey, of Winsted, Veronica Fisher of Torrington, and James Brown and his wife, Christine, of Torrington; a brother, Allan Brown of FL; a sister, Carol Walsh of VT; 17 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

        Services will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
