Scott George LaForge

Torrington- Scott G. LaForge, 50, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington. He was the beloved life partner of Cheryl L. Brzozowski.

        Scott was born in Winchester on November 10, 1973, son of the late George and Claire (Deane) LaForge, and had been a lifelong area resident. He enjoyed working, especially farming and landscaping. Scott loved fishing, hunting, and all things outdoors. He was a car enthusiast and tinkerer, able to fix anything.

        Survivors, in addition to his partner, Cheryl, include two sons, Jesse S. LaForge and Andrew T. Todd, both of Torrington; and several half brothers and sisters.

        Services will be private.
