Shawn M. Duprey

Torrington- Shawn M. Duprey, 37, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Jessica L. (Donovan) Duprey.

            Shawn was born in Torrington on December 9, 1981, son of Diane L. (Dautrich) Duprey of Torrington and the late Lawrence J. Duprey, and had been a lifelong city resident. He was a Torrington High School Class of 2000 graduate and had been a car detailer with Acura of Avon. Shawn loved golfing, bowling, playing video games, and most of all, being with family.

            Survivors, in addition to his wife Jessica and mother Diane, include two daughters, Morgan and Makenzie; a sister, Erica L. Stoddard and her husband Kaleb of Torrington; and several nieces and nephews.

            A Celebration of Shawn’s Life will be held Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Catholic Slovak Club, 171 Franklin St., Torrington, CT from 1:00 to 4:00p.m.
