Travis Jon Raymond

Torrington- Travis Jon Raymond, 28, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in Goshen from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

        ​Travis was born in Bristol on November 28, 1993, son of Norman W. Raymond of Torrington and Brenda L. Roberts of Seminole, FL, and had been a lifelong area resident. He was employed as a mechanical technician at Becton Dickinson, Canaan, for the last 5 years, and previously worked at Town Fair Tire, Torrington, for over 6 years. Travis was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, and motorcycling. He loved taking his son on trips, near or far, as long as they were together, he was happy.

        ​Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his son, Beau C. Raymond of Torrington; a sister, Sara R. Raymond of Seminole, FL; his maternal grandmother, Jean Charbonneau of Becket, MA; his girlfriend, Morgan J. Wheaton of Torrington; several nieces and nephews; and Beau’s mother, Krystal Waters of Litchfield.

​        Friends may call Friday, July 8, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington. Burial will be private.
